Das Verfahren kann aufweisen: für mindestens einen Hautbereich eines Nutzers während eines Belichtens des Hautbereichs mit ultraviolettem und/oder blauem Licht, ein Aufnehmen des Hautbereichs mittels einer Kamera, wobei die Kamera eingerichtet ist, zumindest Licht in einem Fluoreszenz-Wellenlängenbereich eines von den Aknebakterien erzeugten Fluoreszenzmittels zu erfassen, ein Ermitteln einer erfassten Lichtmenge, welche von dem Fluoreszenzmittel als Fluoreszenz infolge der Belichtung abgestrahlt wurde, mittels der Aufnahme, und ein Zuordnen eines Besiedelungsgrads der Haut zu der ermittelten erfassten Lichtmenge, wobei das Zuordnen des Besiedelungsgrads der Haut zur ermittelten erfassten Lichtmenge mittels einer in einer Prozessor-Cloud-Architektur gespeicherten Datenbank erfolgt.In various exemplary embodiments, a method for determining a degree of colonization of skin with acne bacteria is provided.
