The present invention relates to a foldable landing net for fishing with a fishnet attached to a front end of a landing net, the invention comprising: a landing net rod coupling member coupled to the front end； a rotary member hinge-connected to be foldable to the landing net rod coupling member； two elastic members each joined to be rotatable to both sides of a coupling groove formed on the rotary member so as to be inserted and installed to the edge of the fishnet； and a elastic member coupling means for coupling the front ends of the elastic members. The elastic member coupling means forms the two elastic members into a circle wherein one of the two elastic members has a groove formed on a front end and the other of the two elastic members has an insertion projection formed on a front end, the insertion projection is inserted to the groove to bond the two elastic members to each other. In addition, the elastic member coupling means is a hinge member for hinge-connecting the front ends of the two elastic members. Accordingly, the two straight-line elastic members, which are restored to a straight-line by an elastic force, are hinge-connected to the rotary member. In addition, the front ends of the two elastic members are mutually bonded by means of the elastic member coupling means such that the two elastic members are bonded to a front end of the fishnet. Accordingly, it is possible to form the two elastic members into a circle when using a landing net and possible to form thereof to a straight-line and the two elastic members are easily folded and kept in a fish bag.
