The present invention is provided an implant surgical guide template. This implant surgical guide template can be setin the oral. The implant surgical guide template comprises a bone nail, a guide section and a fixed section. The guide section contains at least one anchor orientation aperture. The fixed section contains a least one bone nail binding part. The present invention produces an implant surgical guide template which doesn’t need to be stuck with gums wherein the bone nail combines with the bone nail binding part. It can avoid the position errors from the puffiness of gums after anesthetic injection or avoid the position errors of gums distortion caused from the pressure of surgical procession.
