#$%^&*AU2017100420A420170525.pdf#####ABSTRACT A new method of cosmetic eyebrow tattooing technique is herein disclosed where a practitioner firstly cuts incisions into the skin, cleans off of the subsequent blood prior to application of the tattoo ink, and then applies the tattoo ink to the cleaned area. The manner in which the ink is applied via the stretching of the skin area further represents a novel technique along with the required waiting time results in clear and defined tattooing of the eyebrow area that is more efficient and significantly less-prone to blurring.
