The present invention provides a balloon catheter including a receiving part, which is able to be removably attached to a body part for tracking the position of the balloon catheter during image-guided surgery, and a surgical navigation system using the same. Also, since a receiving part, removed after use, is able to be reused after sterilization, the present invention is economical. To achieve the purpose, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the balloon catheter includes: a body part comprising a receiving port, an irrigation port, and a balloon expanding port； a receiving part insertion tube extending from the body part, and connected to the receiving port； an irrigation solution injection tube extending from the body part, and connected to the irrigation port； a balloon expanding tube extending from the body part, and connected to the balloon expanding port； a trackable receiving part inserted into the receiving part insertion tube； a balloon extending from an end of the balloon expanding tube to be able to be expanded； and a control part electrically connected with the receiving part to track the position of the receiving part.
