The present invention provides a measurement system, a measurement method, and a measurement program which are capable of non-destructively measuring, with high accuracy, and before a microneedle array is removed from a mould, the amount of a drug solution used to fill needle-shaped recesses of the mould, or the amount of a drug after drying the drug solution used to fill the recesses. A measurement system according to an embodiment of the present invention measures either: the amount of a drug solution used to fill each of a plurality of needle-shaped recesses of a mould which have the inverse shape to microneedles, said mould being provided with a first surface having the needle-shaped recesses formed therein, and a second surface； or the amount of a drug after drying the drug solution used to fill the recesses. The measurement system is provided with: a first detection unit which detects position information related to the needle-shaped recesses of the mould while the needle-shaped recesses are in a state of not having been filled with the drug solution； a first measurement unit which measures the shapes of the needle-shaped recesses on the basis of the detection results from the first detection unit； a second detection unit which detects position information related to the drug solution used to fill the needle-shaped recesses, or the drug obtained by drying the drug solution used to fill the recesses； a second measurement unit which measures the shapes of the drug solution or the drug on the basis of the detection results from the second detection unit； and a calculation unit which, on the basis of the shapes of the needle-shaped recesses measured by the first measurement unit, and the shapes of the drug solution or the drug measured by the second measurement unit, calculates the volumes of the drug solution used to fill the needle-shaped recesses, or the drug obtained by drying the drug solution used to fill the recesses.La présente invention concerne un systèm
