A nano polysaccharide composite particle containing positively charged chitosan and a negatively charged tripolyphosphate (TPP) to form nano ions, wherein a epidermal growth factor is used to identify cancer cells in order to increase the specificity of the nanoparticle against the cancer cells. Because these nanoparticles carry photosensitizing drugs and apply the principle of positive ion and negative ion attracting each other by means of ion-crosslinking, the problem of poor water solubility can be solved, enabling this invention to be used as a photodynamic therapy drug which is non-toxic and has a targeting effect. The nano polysaccharide composite particle comprises: a hydrophilic molecule, a cancer cell identifying substance, a first cross-linking agent, and a photosensitizer, wherein the hydrophilic molecule resembles a polysaccharide having an amino group. The amino group of the polysaccharide and the cancer cell identifying substance are bonded with covalent bonds, further the photosensitizer and the first cross-linking agent are added to perform an ion crosslinking reaction to form the nano polysaccharide composite particle.一種奈米多醣複合粒子,包含正電的幾丁聚醣與帶負電的三聚磷酸鹽(TPP)形成奈米離子,以表皮細胞生長因子辨認癌細胞增加奈米粒子對癌細胞的專一性,奈米粒子攜帶感光藥物,並使用離子交聯法的方式運用正負電相互吸引的原理,將帶解決其水溶性不佳的問題,作為無毒又具標靶效果之光動力療法藥物。
