According to the present invention, a device for measuring the physiological index of a musculoskeletal system comprises a first support unit and second support unit. The first and second support units include: an upper frame positioned on a femoral region of a user； a lower frame positioned on a calf of the user； and a connection unit positioned on a knee of the user, wherein one end of the upper frame and one end of the lower frame are connected thereto to rotate the upper frame and lower frame around a center shaft. At least one of the connection unit of the first support unit and the connection unit of the second support unit includes a stretch sensor to sense the amount of rotation of the upper frame and lower frame. Accordingly, the rotational angle of a knee joint can be accurately sensed during its rehabilitation.
