The present invention, in a phantom for checking a three-dimensional dose distribution for a brachytherapy, provides the pelvis phantom for checking the three-dimensional dose distribution including: an applicator holder (300) having a groove which a tandem of an applicator is inserted in and fixated to a main body unit (100) having a first mounting space (120), in which the applicator holder is inserted, formed on one surface thereof and a second mounting space (130), in which a glass dosimeter is inserted, formed on the other surface thereof and an ovoid receiving groove (110) formed around an inlet of the first mounting space of the main body unit to have an ovoid of the applicator is positioned therein.
