The present invention relates to a rotary cultivation device, and more specifically, to a rotary cultivation device which facilitates the cultivation of plants by constructing a cultivation device in a rotary form to frequently adjust height or position of a culture frame caused by differences in temperature, humidity, sunlight and water supplied when cultivating plants such as mushrooms, rice seedlings, vegetables and others. The rotary cultivation device according to the present invention comprises: fixing stands (10) which are fixed to the ground and are provided to face each other; rotating spheres (11) which are provided on upper parts of the fixing stands (10) facing each other in a way that the fixing stands (10) and the rotating spheres (11) are connected by a rotating rod; rotation holes which are formed in inner portions of the fixing stands (10) facing each other such that the rotating rod is inserted into the rotation holes; circular rotating stands (20) which are provided on the outer circumference of the rotation holes to face each other; a plurality of connection supports (22) which connect the rotation holes to the circular rotating stands (20); a plurality of locking holes (23) which are formed at an equal interval in one side of the circular rotating stands (20) and are connected by the locking bars; locking bars which are connected to the cultivation frame (30); and a cultivation frame (30) which has hooking members (32) formed on upper portions thereof, and in which a plurality of culture spaces (37) are formed.
