The fish hook collecting unit for a reel work comprises: a body including an inner plate and an outer plate； a combining unit formed on one side surface of the body and combined with first coupling units formed in a throwing device or a hauler of a reel and line with multiple hooks through press fitting； a channel having an inner plate and an outer plate installed at a fixed interval in order to align fish hoods in a row inside the body, and having one side open for passing a neck string therethrough； a round rod horizontally installed on the inner plate in order to provide a moving path of the fish hooks； and a stopper installed in the side towards the channel with the open one end in order to horizontally move so that the aligning state is maintained in the moving process of the aligned fish hooks inside the channel. In the combining unit, in order for the round rod to be extended with a round rod for moving fish hooks formed in the throwing device or the hauler of a reel and line with multiple hooks, a pair of dented grooves formed by being symmetrically placed on one side surface of the body is combined with the first coupling units, that is, protrusions corresponding to the dented grooves. In addition, the round rod for moving fish hooks formed in the throwing device or the hauler of a reel and line with multiple hooks is combined with the round rod in an extended shape in a state that the stopper is separated from the round rod.
