An apparatus includes a support member (110), a strap (112) extending from thesupport member, and a sleeve(122) releasably disposed over at least a portion of the strap. The supportmember is configured to support a portion of a body of apatient. The strap is configured to be inserted through at least a portion ofa tissue of the patient. The sleeve is releasably coupledto the strap by a releasable joint. The sleeve is configured to be removedfrom the strap when at least a portion of the strap isdisposed within the tissue of the patient.
