PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing polymannan extract from freeze-dried aloe powder.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for preparing fine powder of polymannan extract comprising the steps of: dissolving a certain amount of freeze-dried aloe powder in deionized water adding an organic solvent to form a first mixture removing the supernatant from the first mixture after standing to form a second mixture centrifuging the second mixture adding an additional amount of the organic solvent to the first mixture when precipitate is observed in the second mixture decanting the supernatant of the first mixture by suction filtering the precipitate from the first mixture using a suction funnel collecting the powder of the polymannan extract by scraping placing the powder in a freezer for at least 8 hours freeze-drying and pulverizing in a pulverizer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
