The present invention relates to a novel protein transduction domain (PTD) which is a peptide consisting of amino acid sequences represented by sequence number 1, and a use thereof. When the peptide represented by sequence number 1 is used as the PTD, it is possible to easily introduce target biological molecules such as protein, peptide, DNA and the like into cells in high efficiency.본 발명은 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드인 신규의 프로테인 트랜스덕션 도메인 (PTD； Protein transduction domain) 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 서열번호 1에 기재된 펩타이드를 PTD로써 사용할 경우, 단백질, 펩타이드, DNA 등 생물학적 분자 (목적 물질)를 세포 내로 용이하게 고수율로 도입시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
