Provided are a method for transmitting biometric information using ultra-near-field communication and an emotion reasoning device using the same. The emotion reasoning device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, infers information about the emotional state of a user by sensing the biometric information of the user and transmits the inferred emotional state information to an external device in the ultra-near-field communication.
