PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure therapeutic device capable of simplifying an adding operation of a cleaning liquid to be supplied to a wound area W and excellent in portability.SOLUTION: The negative pressure therapeutic device 10 is composed of: a sending pump 2 for sending a fluid (cleaning liquid) supplied through a supplying channel 1 to a closed space formed by covering the wound area W with a covering sheet S through a sending tube 3 a sucking pump 5 for sucking the fluid (cleaning liquid and body fluid) from the closed space through a sucking tube 4 while keeping the closed space in a negative pressure state a circulating channel 6 for returning the sucked fluid to the feeding channel 1 a filter 8 for filtering the sucked fluid a turbidity sensor 91 for detecting the turbidity of the sucked fluid and a valve controller 71 for controlling a switching valve 7 depending on the turbidity.
