PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical liquid container capable of preparing pharmaceutical liquid having a predetermined uniform concentration by quickly dissolving a pharmaceutical product with a simple operation and having a simple entire structure with the minimum number of components.SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical liquid container comprises: a container 10 storing dissolution liquid W an inner cylinder 20 mounted to a mouth part of the container and storing a pharmaceutical product T an inner plug 30 inserted into the inner cylinder and having a spout opening 33 at a distal end and a screw cap 40 mounted on the mouth part of the container. The inner cylinder 20 includes a large-diameter part 21 fixed to the mouth part of the container, a small-diameter part 22 continuous to a lower end of the large-diameter part via a first thin part 24, and a bottom member 23 having a leg part 23b closing a lower end of the small-diameter part via a second thin part. When the cap 40 is fastened, the small-diameter part 22 is pressed down via the inner plug 30 to break the first thin part 24.
