An object of this invention is to provide the technique which can measure a blood flow rate accurately and can also measure a pulsation space interval accurately. The analysis apparatus according to the present invention measures light reflected at different depths inside a subject, obtains the blood flow of the subject based on a difference in measurement results, and adds the measurement results to the subject. (See FIG. 3).本発明は、血流量を精度よく測定するとともに、脈動間隔を併せて精度よく測定することができる技術を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係る解析装置は、被検体の内部のそれぞれ異なる深さにおいて反射した光を測定し、測定結果の差分に基づき前記被検体の血流量を求めるとともに、測定結果の加算に基づき前記被検体の脈動間隔を求める（図３参照）。
