PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care composition and a UV care composition by using a fullerene having high UV protective activity.SOLUTION: A fullerene, preferably a C60 or C70 fullerene, its salt or its derivative is included in a liposome by using a phospholipid having a phosphatidylcholine content of &ge70 mass%, to prepare a composition containing a liposome-complex fullerene.
