The device comprises a stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04), a stent-type artificial acoustic structure in-vivo delivery device (06), and an ultrasonic electronic device (02), wherein the stent-type artificial acoustic structure in-vivo delivery device (06) is used for delivering the stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04) into a blood vessel of a target lesion, and the stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04) is dilated and attached to the inner wall of the blood vessel the ultrasonic electronic device (02) is used for transmitting ultrasonic waves in vitro to stimulate the stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04) to generate a local strong field on the surface thereof the stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04) is preinstalled in the stent-type artificial acoustic structure in-vivo delivery device (06) and used for gathering drug particles injected into the blood vessel to the inner wall of the blood vessel by means of the local strong field on the surface of the stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04) when the stent-type artificial acoustic structure (04) is delivered into the blood vessel of the target lesion. By the technical solution, the drug particles are gathered in a noninvasive and targeted manner in the blood vessel by means of the in-vitro ultrasonic waves, and the accuracy of targeted drug administration to the target lesion of a human body is improved.La présente invention décrit un dispositif dadministration in vivo ciblée dun médicament et un procédé de fonctionnement.
