To provide an air recycling system capable of coping with size reduction of a plant cultivation scale and surely generating an air flow due to pressure difference between adjacent spaces, and a plant cultivation device comprising the system.SOLUTION: An air recycling system comprises: partition walls 10, 11 for partitioning a cultivation chamber 1; and air compression means 30 provided on the partition wall and generating pressure difference between an air suction space 2 and air supply spaces 3, 4, the cultivation chamber has a basic unit for arranging the air supply space on each of both sides of a longitudinal direction of the air suction space. A cultivation shelf 20 has a main exhaust port 21 capable of discharging air flowed from an opening 22 to outside of the cultivation shelf in a halfway. The air flow flowed from the air supply space to the air suction space is formed on a shelf by pressure difference, and part or all of the air discharged from the main exhaust port to the air suction space is sucked by air compression means for recycling air.
