<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a large amount of an antibacterial agent from the blood of carp, an antibacterial treatment apparatus using the antibacterial agent, and the like. <；P>；SOLUTION: The antibacterial agent can be produced by isolating erythrocytes from the blood of carp, purifying a membrane fraction from these erythrocytes, thereafter adding a lithium salt to the membrane fraction to be solubilized, and fractionating free glycophorin in the presence of a surfactant with the use of anion-exchange chromatography. The antibacterial treatment apparatus has a carrier on which this antibacterial agent is immobilized and an outer cylinder including this carrier and this outer cylinder is provided with an inlet for introducing water before treatment to bring the water into contact with the carrier and an outlet for allowing the water after treatment to flow out. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
