The present invention relates to a method of connecting a dental prosthetic appliance, and more particularly, to a dental prosthetic appliance in which damaged portions of teeth adjacent to each other are removed to the minimum, a prosthetic appliance is fixed by using the adjacent tooth as an abutment, and a phenomenon in which foreign substances are stuck in space between a fixing piece fixed to the abutment and the tooth is prevented and a method of connecting the dental prosthetic appliance. A connection piece fixed to the abutment so as to fix an artificial tooth may be tightly and stably fixed, and the phenomenon in which foreign substances are stuck in the space between the fixing piece that is fixed to the abutment and the tooth may be prevented. According to the present invention, to recover the damaged tooth, a peripheral tooth of the damaged tooth may be used as the abutment, and fixing plates are disposed on both sides of front and rear portions of the artificial tooth to fix the artificial tooth in a three-spot fixing manner. A flat headed bolt may be inserted and fixed to the abutment on each of the fixing plate fixed to each of the front and rear portions of the abutment while the fixing plate of the artificial tooth is supported by the three-spot fixing manner.
