The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing pear bags, and more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing pear bags having a cross-sectional shape of M character, capable of realizing cost reduction by reducing the amount of a raw material for pear bags, and easily surrounding a pear borne on a pear tree of an orchard. That is, when the raw material for a pear bag having inner and outer sheets is supplied through a continuous process, bonded and formed in a pear bag shape, and cut by unit sheet of pear bag, the apparatus enables to perform cutting along a border line between the top part of a preceding pear bag and the bottom part of a next pear bag. The pear bags manufactured thereby has a sealed structure having a slit for clip fastening formed on the upper opened portion thereof to receive and surround a pear, and a bonded and sealed bottom portion without a sealing end of related art. Thus, waste of the sealing end of related art and the waste of raw material therearound are saved, and thus manufacturing costs can be reduced.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 배봉지 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 배봉지 원단량을 줄여서 원가절감을 실현할 수 있고, 과수원의 배나무에 열린 배를 용이하게 감싸줄 수 있는 M자형 단면 형상으로 배봉지를 제조할 수 있도록 한 배봉지 제조 장치에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 내지 및 외지를 갖는 배봉지 원단이 연속 공정으로 공급되어 배봉지 형상으로 접착 및 성형된 후, 낱개의 배봉지 단위로 커팅할 때, 선행의 배봉지 상단부와 그 다음의 배봉지 하단부간의 경계라인을 따라 커팅되도록 함으로써, 상단 개방부에는 배를 넣어 감싼 후 밀봉하기 위한 클립 체결용 슬릿이 형성되고, 하단부는 기존의 밀봉단없이 바로 풀칠되어 밀봉된 구조의 배봉지를 제조할 수 있고, 기존의 밀봉단 및 그 주변의 버려지던 배봉지 원단을 절약하여 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 배봉지 제조 장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
