An information processing device includes: an information acquisition unit that acquires biometric information from a biometric sensor； a processing unit that generates first report information for reporting stamina information indicating stamina of a user and second report information different from the first report information based on the biometric information； and an output unit that outputs the first report information and the second report information. The second report information includes at least one piece of information among second stamina information which indicates the stamina of the user and is different from the stamina information, third stamina information regarding another user, advice information or alert information regarding an activity of the user, and exercise continuable information regarding the user.
