PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of obtaining accurate measurement result by suppressing a measurement error with an inexpensive and compact configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: a measurement optical system including a light projection optical system for projecting a light flux to a fundus of a subject eye, and a light reception optical system whose imaging element receives reflected light from the fundus and calculation means for obtaining eye refractivity of the subject eye on the basis of output of the imaging element. A light flux deflection member arranged at a position on a light path of the light flux, which is neither a fundus conjugate position of the subject eye nor a pupil conjugate position of the subject eye, to deflect the light flux and rotating means for rotating the light flux deflection member around an optical axis of the measurement optical system are arranged in the measurement optical system. The light flux deflection member is configured so as to keep a state where a position of the light flux introduced to the subject eye on a pupil of the subject eye deviates from the center of the pupil.
