The invention relates to a cosmetic composition including at least flax extract, a fermented tea product, and soybean extract, optionally hydrolyzed, and a physiologically acceptable medium. The invention relates in particular to the use of such a composition, or of a combination of at least flax extract, fermented tea product, and soybean extract, optionally hydrolyzed, for cosmetic purposes or in a cosmetic care method. The invention relates particularly to the use of at least one of said three active ingredients for promoting and/or stimulating the reconstruction of adipose tissue, and/or for preventing and/or treating the signs of skin aging and/or photoaging, in particular for the purpose of decreasing ptosis, reducing the loss of the firmness of the skin, reducing the visibility of wrinkles or fine lines on the skin, or improving the quality and/or the clearness of the skin.
