PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid inconvenience of air removal and handling of a container for storing medical solution or the like when performing injection or body fluid collection, to perform accumulative storage or continuous use by simplifying the configuration and achieving miniaturization and thinning, to reduce the cost by reducing manufacturing manhours and materials, and to improve safety and easiness in use.SOLUTION: The medical solution container with a hollow needle, the medical solution container with a hollow needle filled with medical solution, or the body fluid collection container with a hollow needle is a storage chamber having the needle with a hollow communication hole in which the medical solution is stored or body fluid is to be stored. The basal plane thereof has a rigid base plate part with the needle, and a chamber wall of the storage chamber other than the basal plane has a flexible and elastic part for expanding/contracting the storage chamber in the direction same as the direction of inserting or withdrawing the needle according to a pushing pressure or a pulling pressure.
