PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milky liquid form hair-setting composition that can be easily took out the content and combined with a characteristic feature of hair-wax for hair-setting capable of freely repeated hair arrangement.
SOLUTION: The milky liquid form hair-setting composition includes (A) waxes solid at room temperatures and/or hydrocarbons solid at room temperatures, (B) a nonionic surfactant, (C) water, and (D) an un-neutralized polyacrylic acid, preferably the un-neutralized polyacrylic acid with average molecular weight of 100,000-10,000,000.
