PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, calculation unit and processing system for processing pineapple leaf and stem waste capable of being done with no additional cost, and bringing a great advantage to pineapple producers with reduction of a part of pineapples into organic fertilizers.SOLUTION: A method for processing pineapple leaf and stem waste comprises: providing pineapple leaf and stem waste after harvesting pineapple fruit； calculating a length of pineapple leaf and stem to be collected for reduction according to a predetermined reduction rate to reduce a part of the pineapple leaf and stem waste to organic fertilizers for a harvested pineapple field； and setting the length of pineapple leaf and stem to be collected for reduction and the cutting position for the fertilizer material made of a lower part of the leaf and stem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】パインアップルの葉茎の処理に際してコスト増を招くことなく行えるようになすことが出来、一部のパインアップルを有機肥料として還元することでパインアップル生産事業者にとって大きなメリットになるようにした。【解決手段】パインアップル実が収穫された後のパインアップル葉茎について、パインアップル葉茎の一部を有機肥料として収穫されたパインアップル畑に還元することを予め定めた還元率に基づいて、パインアップル葉茎の還元回収長さが演算され、および下部葉茎部を肥料用原料とする還元回収長さおよび切断面位置が設定される。【選択図】図１
