A cosmetic composition comprising: a) one or more amphoteric polymers containing a repetition of: (i) one or more elementary units derived from a monomer (meth) acrylamide type, (ii) one or more elementary units derived from a monomer (meth ) acrylamidoalkyltrialkylammonium type, and (iii) one or more elementary units derived from an acid monomer of the type (meth) acrylic acid, wherein said amphoteric polymer (s) is present in the composition in an amount of from 0.01 to 10% by weight relative to its weight of the composition, and b) one or more conditioning agents selected from vegetable oils, mineral oils, non-volatile linear silicones with a polydialkylsiloxane structure, non-volatile linear silicones with a polydialylsiloxane structure, non-volatile linear silicones with a polyalkylaryl siloxane structure, fatty acid diesters, from 2 to 50 elementary units of oxyethylene, and mixtures thereof. 2. A composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the amphoteric polymer contains from 30 mol.% To 70 mol.% Of elementary units derived from the (meth) acrylamide type monomer, from 10 mol.% To 60 mol.% Of elementary units obtained from monomer of (meth) acrylamidoalkyltrialkylammonium type, and from 1 mol.% to 20 mol.% of elementary units derived from an acid monomer of the type of (meth) acrylic acid. 3.
