Disclosed herein are polymer conjugates comprising an active agent linked to a polymer, wherein the active agent comprises an inhibitor, antagonist, or inverse agonist of a mediator of a therapeutic target associated with a condition, including for example, an ophthalmic condition, a dermatological condition, an inflammatory bowel disease or other gastrointestinal conditions and a respiratory condition.
