Provided is a fastener capable of surely binding three or more rod-like bodies regardless of parallel state or intersecting state. The fastener (1) of the present invention has a plurality of holding portions (2) for holding the rod-like bodies by means of fitting to the rod-like bodies, wherein the number of the holding portions (2) is as same as that of the rod-like bodies to be bundled, and the holding portions (2) are annularly arranged. Each of the holding portions (2) includes a first holding portion (2A), a second holding portion (2B) arranged to be adjacent to the first holding portion, and one or a plurality of intermediate holding portions (2C) for connecting the first holding portion and the second holding portion adjacent to each other in an annular shape, wherein the first holding portion and the intermediate holding portion are rotatably connected to each other, and the second holding portion and the intermediate holding portion are rotatably connected to each other. In the case where there are a plurality of the intermediate holding portions, the adjacent intermediate holding portions are rotatably connected to each other. On the other hand, the first holding portion and the second holding portion are disconnected from each other. As a result, it is able to surely bind three or more rod-like bodies.
