PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral agent useful for improvement in cerebral fatigue (concentration decrease, attention decrease, memory learning ability decrease, stress, depressive symptom and others).SOLUTION: An oral agent for intracerebral arginine concentration increase comprises citrullin or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. Although L-citrullin and D-citrullin are cited as the citrullin, the L-citrullin is preferable.
