Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Inhalieren pulverförmiger Substanzen (46), insbesondere medizinischer Art, enthalten in Kapseln (31), die mittels einer in einem Flachgehäuse (2) verlagerbaren Aufnahme (A) in eine Entleerungsposition bringbar sind, in welcher Position die Kapselwandung mittels verschieblicher Nadeln (34) durchstechbar ist zwecks Leersaugen des Kapselinhaltes durch einen Mundstückkanal (5), welcher in axialer Verlängerung der Kapselkammer (28) verläuft.
