Meniscal repair devices, systems, and methods are provided. In one aspect, a surgical system is provided that in one embodiment includes an implant (34) configured to be implanted in a body of a patient. The implant (34) has an inner lumen (40) extending therethrough such that the implant is cannulated, the implant (34) has a longitudinal axis, the implant has a first plurality of holes (38) formed through a sidewall of the implant on a first side thereof, the implant has a second plurality of holes (38) formed through the sidewall of the implant on a second side thereof, the first side is opposite to the second side, and each of the first plurality of holes is aligned with a corresponding one of the second plurality of holes.
