This invention discloses a use of CD13 receptor for preparing a drug for inhibiting Mycobacterium tuberculosis, using at least an anti-CD13 antibody to be combined to a CD13 receptor of a cell to inhibit the cell from being infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, wherein the anti-CD13 antibody is WM15 antibody or WM47 antibody. The application of anti-CD13 antibody can lower the CD-13 expression and inhibit the Mycobacterium from entering monocyte or surviving in the monocyte, capable of effectively killing the Mycobacterium tuberculosis.本發明揭露一種CD13受器用於製備抑制結核分枝桿菌藥物之用途,係使用至少一anti-CD13抗體結合於一細胞之CD13受器以抑制細胞受結核分枝桿菌感染,其中anti-CD13抗體係為WM15抗體或WM47抗體。藉由施加anti-CD13抗體之方式可降低CD13表現量、抑制分枝桿菌進入單核細胞及其在單核細胞內的胞內存活,可有效殺死結核分枝桿菌。
