PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber sheet capable of further decreasing an area contacting with a wearer's skin, sticky feeling or stuffy feeling, and damage to skin, when used as a surface sheet for an absorbent article.SOLUTION: A fiber sheet 1A has a heat-shrinkable fiber layer 1d containing a heat-shrinkable fiber, and embossment parts 2 are formed on the fiber sheet 1. The fiber sheet 1A has multiple hemispherical high convex parts 32, hemispherical low convex parts 33, and hemispherical middle convex parts 31. The multiple middle convex parts 31 are arranged at certain intervals in the X direction and at certain intervals in the Y direction. The multiple high convex parts 32 are arranged at certain intervals in the X direction and at certain intervals in the Y direction. Each high convex part 32 is surrounded by four middle convex parts 31.
