A portable multi-channel electromyography system is disclosed, comprising: at least an EMG signal detection module, for measuring non-intrusively a surface EMG signal of skin of a patient to generate at least an EMG measurement; an EMG signal processing module, for performing sampling and analysis of the EMG measurement to generate an EMG quantitative information; and a portable smart device, for using USB-OTG interface to capture the EMG quantitative information from the EMG signal processing module for interacting with at least one of a user and the patient, and to transmit at least an operation command to the EMG signal processing module; wherein the EMG signal processing module using the portable smart device as power source to supply power through the USB-OTG interface; the EMG signal detection module using the portable smart device as power source to supply power through the USB-OTG interface and the EMG signal processing module.本發明提供一種可攜式多通道肌電檢測系統,係包括:至少一肌電訊號偵測模組,係以非侵入式的方式於至少一待測者的至少一肌膚表面進行一表面肌電訊號量測,以產生至少一肌電量測資訊;一肌電訊號處理模組,係用以將該至少一肌電量測資訊進行一取樣分析處理,而產生一肌電量化資訊;以及一可攜式智慧型裝置,係透過USB-OTG(On-The-Go)傳輸介面由該肌電訊號處理模組擷取該肌電量化資訊,用以與至少一使用者及待測者之其中至少一者進行互動,並用以透過該USB-OTG傳輸介面將至少一操作指令傳輸至該肌電訊號處理模組;其中,該肌電訊號處理模組係由該可攜式智慧型裝置作為電源而透過該USB-OTG傳輸介面進行供電;該肌電訊號偵測模組係由該可攜式智慧型裝置作為電源而透過該USB-OTG傳輸介面及該肌電訊號處理模組進行供電。
