The present invention relates to a three-dimensional scaffold for tissue regeneration, using a variety of materials including a water-soluble material such as collagen, and to a method for producing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for effectively producing a three-dimensional scaffold for tissue regeneration by means of a cryogenic method for producing a cell culture scaffold for tissue regeneration.본 발명은 콜라겐과 같은 수용성 재료를 비롯하여 다양한 재료를 이용한 3차원 조직 재생용 구조체 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 자세하게는 조직 재생을 위한 세포배양 구조체를 제조함에 있어서 3차원 형상의 조직 재생용 구조체를 극저온법으로 효과적으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
