PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured transplanter designed to branch the transmission to a ground working implement through loading an engine on a traveling machine body having front and rear wheels, furnishing a transmission case housed with a transmission mechanism functioning to input the power of the engine, driving the rear wheels supported on a rear axle case via a travel junction shaft from the transmission mechanism, liftably furnishing a planting unit on the rear of the traveling machine body, driving the planting unit via planting transmission shaft from the traveling machine body, and furnishing the ground working implement in front of the planting unit. SOLUTION: The transplanter has such a construction that the front face of the rear axle case is mounted with a distribution case housed with the transmission mechanism joined to the traveling junction shaft and functioning to distribute power to the axle in the rear axle case and the ground working implement.
