PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic pack sheet capable of significantly reducing the time and effort for skin care.SOLUTION: This cosmetic pack sheet includes a gel layer, and this gel layer has a matrix made of a gel body having a melting point of 15°C or higher and 40°C or lower and an effective constituent for cosmetic contained in the matrix. Preferably, the cosmetic pack sheet includes only the gel layer. Preferably, gelatin is used as a gelling agent of the gel body. Preferably, the average molecular weight of the gelatin is 5,000 or more and 60,000 or less. Preferably, the gel layer is a laminated body consisting of a plurality of micro layers. Preferably, the plurality of micro layers contain different effective constituents for cosmetic.
