The heart rate and the temperature information can convert into the user’s calorie consumption. The controller controls the fitness unit to meet the exercising goal pre-set by the user. When the heart rate exceeds a predetermined heart rate reference value or the temperature information is higher than a pre-set value, the controller will lower down the running speed of the treadmill or stop it, so as to avoid any injure caused by excessive exercise. Thus, this invention can increase the exercise effect and safety.
