An adhesive-tape based multiple-point detection device comprises a sensing assembly, a transmission unit, and an alarm unit, wherein the sensing assembly comprises a surface layer, an adhesive-tape layer, and a sensing element. The sensing element is combined between the surface layer and the adhesive-tape layer.The sensing element comprises a needle dislodgement/blood leakage sensing circuit. The surface layer, the adhesive-tape layer, and the sensing element are flexible material. When blood seeping or blood leakage or needle dislodgement occurs at a needle piercing site, the needle dislodgement/blood leakage sensing circuit is enabled and the alarm unit gives off an alarm. The multilayered flexible adhesive tape like structure of the sensing assembly helps improve the effect of fixation and is compliably attached to a human body surface without causing pressing on a fistula or other blood vessels, providing efficacies of easy storage and use.
