PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical suction apparatus for preventing respiratory tract infection caused by suction catheter contamination during the suction operation of secretions in an endotracheal tube or a tracheostomy cannula, while making the catheter suction and the exchanging operation, and enabling the high-quality suction operation as a medical practice for inhibiting complications.SOLUTION: A suction catheter is stored in a sterilization cassette, and the catheter is drawn out from the cassette by the electromotive power in the lever operation of the suction grip that can detach the cassette with one-touch only in the suction use, and it prevents the infection caused by an unexpected contamination of the catheter in the state of exposing the old model. The operation is simplified by making to the cassette and it becomes a medical suction device that is able to adjust to a wireless source district, a disaster scene, or developing countries from an excellent portability by adopting a solar cell power source corresponding to three power sources besides the connection use with preexisting aspirator having only the cassette mounting suction grip.【課題】 気管内挿管チューブ、或いは気管切開カニューレ内分泌物の吸引操作時の吸引カテーテル汚染を原因とする呼吸器感染症を防止する。また、カテーテルの吸引と交換操作を簡単にし、完成度が高い、合併症を抑制した医療行為としての吸引操作を可能とさせる。 【解決手段】吸引カテーテルを滅菌カセット内に収納し、ワンタッチでカセットを着脱できる吸引グリップのレバー操作で吸引使用時にのみカセットからカテーテルを電動力で繰出し、従来型の露出したままのカテーテルの不測の汚染による感染症を予防する。カセット化により操作が簡易化しカセット装着吸引グリップのみの既存吸引器との連結使用のほか、優れた携帯性から3電源対応の太陽電池電源の採用により、無電源地区、災害現場および発展途上国にも適応できる医療用吸引装置となった。【選択図】 図1
