PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition improved in dissolution profiles of drugs therein.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical compositions comprising an ionizable drug or a salt thereof, a crystallization inhibitor and a pH modifier, and measurably improved in dissolution rate of the ionizable drug are provided.
