PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bicyclic and tricyclic pyrimidine tyrosine kinase inhibitors with antitubulin activity.SOLUTION: Bicyclic and tricyclic pyrimidine tyrosine kinase inhibitors with antitubulin activity are provided in the present invention. The compositions of the present invention possess dual activity in a single agent of potent vascular endothelial growth factor receptor inhibitory activity and antitubulin activity. Water soluble salts of these compositions are also described. Methods of treating a patient having cancer, macular degeneration, and arthritis with the compositions and salts thereof of the present invention are also disclosed.【課題】抗チューブリン活性を有する二環式および三環式のピリミジンチロシンキナーゼ阻害剤を提供すること。【解決手段】抗チューブリン活性を有する二環式および三環式のピリミジンチロシンキナーゼ阻害剤を本発明において提供する。本発明の組成物は、単一の剤において強力な血管内皮細胞増殖因子受容体阻害活性ならびに抗チューブリン活性の二元的活性を有するものである。また、このような組成物の水溶性の塩も記載する。がん、黄斑変性および関節炎を有する患者を本発明の組成物およびその塩で処置する方法も開示する。【選択図】なし
