The implant comprises an elongate body having: a longitudinal axis； a triangular cross section transverse to the longitudinal axis； three outer faces (103) and three apexes (104) joining the outer faces that together give the implant its triangular cross-section； a central lumen (101) extending along the longitudinal axis of the elongate body； and a plurality of holes (102) with openings on the plurality of faces that are in fluid communication with the central lumen.
