The present invention relates to a bone implant comprising a porous body comprising particles of bioactive glass having a particle size of at least 500 μιτι, wherein the composition of the bioactive glass is 45-59 weight- % of SiO2, 18-25 weight-% of Na2O, 17-25 weight-% of CaO and 0.1-6 weight-% of P2O5, and a film having a thickness of 10 μιm- 200 μm, made of a biocompatible polymer and arranged at least partially around the body.La présente invention concerne un implant osseux comportant un corps poreux comprenant des particules de verre bioactif ayant une taille des particules d'au moins 500 μm, la composition du verre bioactif étant constituée de 45 à 59 % en poids de SiO 2 , de 18 à 25 % en poids de Na 2 O, 17-25 % en poids de CaO et 0,1-6 % en poids de P 2 O 5 , et un film ayant une épaisseur de 10 µm à 200 µm, constitué d'un polymère biocompatible et disposé au moins partiellement autour du corps.
