PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless syringe with a structure simplified as far as possible, the needleless syringe being capable of performing injection to a relatively shallow site of an injection target region of an organism and the like.SOLUTION: The needleless syringe is provided with: an enclosure part in which an injection objective substance is enclosed a compression part that compresses the injection objective substance enclosed in the enclosure part an ejection part with a flow passage in which the injection objective substance compressed by the compression part flows through such that the injection objective substance is ejected from an opening end of the flow passage toward the injection target region which is outside of the syringe, the opening end being formed to have an area smaller than a flow passage area of the enclosure part and a micropore part that includes micropores having a flow passage area smaller than the area of the opening end of the ejection part and is disposed outside of the opening end in such a manner that the injection objective substance ejected from the opening end reaches to the injection target region side by passing through the micropores.
